About

Greetings BSU Alumni!

What do you recall about your time at UNCG?  What memories do you have of the BSU?  Most of us are so busy with our lives now that college and BSU are far from our thoughts.  Take a few minutes and try to remember what those days were like.

This is one of the purposes of the UNCG BSU Alumni Association.  We provide a means for you to reconnect with friends from BSU and also make new friends.  Even though we may have graduated years apart, we share a common experience in BSU.

In addition to our Fall Reunion, last May we had a mini-reunion at Lonestar Steakhouse in Greensboro.  We enjoyed a great night of food and fellowship.  Those attending were Geneva Metzger, Audrey Womack, Thom and Catherine Scott Little, Tim and Jill Barnhardt Carter, Beth Starkey, Bryan and Paula Presson, and Terry and Kathy Price Larkins. Also present were the parents of Thom Little and daughters of Thom and Catherine.

I hope you will make an effort to attend our Fall Reunion on November 3rd.  If you are in touch with others from your days in the BSU, plan to meet them here.  Also, if you live away from the Greensboro area, there may be other UNCG BSU Alumni nearby.  I would encourage you to plan a mini-reunion in your area.  We can help you with contacting alumni.

Keep in touch!

Kathy Price Larkins

The UNCG BSU Alumni Association was incorporated in November of 1998 in order for those whose college experiences were enhanced by their involvement in the Baptist Student Union or most recently Baptist Campus Ministry at the University of North Carolina at Greensboro to, in turn, make it possible for current students to experience weekly programs, choir, small groups, summer missions, and on, and on.

The Association provides financial support for current activities.  Your support makes that possible.  Donate today!
